ALL guest tickets for the Chan Centre are now booked/purchased online.

Your one-time-use access code is 25TS, followed by your student number (eg. 25TS1234567) 

Ticketing Round #1 

Friday, May 23rd at 12:00pm (noon) – Tuesday, June 3rd at 11:59pm (midnight) 

• We only guarantee 3 (three) Complimentary Guest tickets for students who complete their ONLINE booking and receive their order confirmation and tickets BEFORE the June 3rd deadline.  
• No first round tickets are available after June 3rd. There will be no exceptions for those who miss this reservation window; please complete your guest ticket booking accordingly.  
• Any unclaimed tickets from the first round are transferred to the extra ticket inventory and distributed in the Extra Ticket round. 
• Please note: this round is NOT first-come, first-served - you do not need to book right at Noon on May 23rd. However, be sure to book well before the June 3rd deadline.  

If you run into difficulty booking your tickets, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the Ticket Office for assistance well before the deadline and during their usual business hours, which means before June 3rd. (chan.tickets@ubc.ca) 

Ticketing Round #2 

Wednesday, June 4th at 12:00pm (noon) – Thursday, June 12th at 11:59pm (midnight) 

• Online bookings for a maximum of 2 additional paid tickets open.  
• Starting on Friday, June 13th at 12:00pm PST, any unclaimed tickets will become available with no promo codes or limits.  

Ticketing Round #3 

Begins Friday, June 13th at 12:00pm (noon) 

• 3rd Round sales begin online on Friday, June 13th at 12:00pm PST. Any unclaimed tickets from the previous rounds will become available with no promo codes or limits, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once tickets are sold out, there will be a Standby line set-up one hour prior to the ceremony, in case any further seats become available. 
• Please note: this round is first-come, first-served and without limits. Your best chance is to act promptly at noon, but there are absolutely no guarantees that any additional tickets will be available at this time.
