The 2025 VSB Summer Learning Program

REGISTRATION for the 2025 Summer Learning Program is currently CLOSED for all programs.

Registration for Elementary Programs will:
- open on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at noon (12:00 PM) and will
- close on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
Registration for Secondary Programs will:
- open on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at noon (12:00 PM) and will
- close on Wednesday, June 11 at 11:59 PM.

Due to the high volume of registrants accessing the summer registration website on the first day of registration, there may be system delays on April 23 and 30. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Course information is now available in our 2024 Summer Learning Program Brochure.
Current Kindergarten to Grade 11 students who are attending a BC school are eligible to register.
All courses require in-person attendance.

Learning Update Reports

Elementary (K-7) Program:
- The Learning Update reports are distributed to students on the final day of class - Friday, July 19, 2024.
  - Any unclaimed reports for VSB students will be sent to their home school in September.
  - Any unclaimed reports for Non-VSB students, will be mailed home (beginning July 22, 2024
Secondary Program:
- The Learning Update reports will be available to students in the following ways:
  - For Gr 8-12 VSB students:
    - Reports will be published and are available through the MyEdBC Student/Family Portal.
      - Please note that the MyEdBC Student/Family Portal will only be available during the following dates:
        August 2 to August 9, 2024
    - We recommend students download a copy of their report card
  - For Grade 7 studentstaking a grade 8 preview or ELL course:
    - Reports will be mailed home during the week of August 5-9, 2024
  - For Non-VSB students:
    - Reports will be mailed to the student's home address listed in MyEdBC during the week of August 5-9, 2024
- Additional Information for Grade 12 students (2023-24 School Year):
  - Grade 12 Summer Learning marks will be sent to the Ministry and can be viewed via the BC Ministry of Education Student Transcript Service (STS).
