The DRT - Early Learning supports schools as they transition their students, with identified special needs, into kindergarten. The DRT directly supports students who have very involved medical needs and works closely with Vancouver Pediatric Team through the process.

The DRT - Early Learning liaises with community agencies who provide support to preschool students with identified special needs and help to support schools and parents through the kindergarten transition process.

Contact your associated outside agency for referral (i.e. Supported Child Development Consultant, Social Worker or Preschool).
