Divisional Budget

The link below is to the Divisional Budget document that was provided to Trustees for their reference during the development of the 2019-2020 Annual Budget.  The three columns in the document are (left to right) the preliminary annual budget for 2018-2019, the Year to Date actual results to April 29, 2019 and the Draft Base Budget for 2019-2020.  The Draft Base Budget is the detail for the Summary Schedules (2, 2A and 2B) on page 25-27 of the Preliminary Draft Document (Version 1) released on April 9, 2019. 

Divisional Budget

Those who wish to make a presentation regarding the 2019/2020  Preliminary Draft Annual Budget at the public consultation Committee of the Whole meetings on April 23 or May 15, 2019 must register by sending an email to: budget2019-2020@vsb.bc.ca 

Please indicate if you will be presenting yourself or if you are registering and presenting on behalf of a group and include the name of the group, if applicable.

Written submissions only, regarding the 2019/2020 Preliminary Draft Annual Budget, may be emailed to this budget email address or forwarded by mail to the Administrative Office Assistant, Secretary Treasurer's Office, 1580 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, V6J 5K8.  All submissions to the Board are considered to be public documents.  The Board, therefore, reserves the right to make any submissions available to the public by posting on the website.
